Delete your Meandro account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Meandro and tap the ⚙️ gear on the home screen.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't use the app anymore, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. Use the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the email address of that account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and tell you when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, and the Google or Apple account details we received.
• All synced progress: daily and archive results, streaks, freezes, restored days, best times and practice counts.
• Your leaderboard nickname and every result you posted to the leaderboards.

What is not deleted

• Your Meandro+ subscription. Deleting the account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions. A purchase stays with your store account, so you can still use Restore purchases on a new install.
• Purchase records at RevenueCat and the stores. They are kept so purchases can be restored and because tax law requires it. They stay under a random account id and were never linked to your email.
• Anonymous analytics events. They aren't linked to your account, so we can't find them. They are deleted automatically after 1 year.
• Ad data held by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device's settings.
• Short-term logs at our account and email providers. They are deleted within a few days.
• Progress saved on a device where you are still signed in. Deleting from the app clears that device. Uninstall the app to clear the others.
